All orders are final once they have been processed with the exception of canceling. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately as this must be done before your order is shipped. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

At this time any other changes including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order and/or combining orders cannot be made.

For any changes that need to be made to shipping contact info, please contact us immediately so we can make sure to get your order to the correct location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number for your package.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date , or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

We do not offer overnight shipping at this time but we do our best to ship out the day the order is placed.

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 30 days to decide whether to keep your items. You can mail your return back to us in the same packaging that your order was sent in to the below address:

We do not pay return shipping and if your return order is lost, unfortunately we cannot process your refund.

INTERNATIONAL

Right now we only offer international shipping to Australia and New Zealand. If you are in another country not listed above and would like to place an order, please  contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
